How to Unlock a Power Move

1. 1Read to the end of the chapter in your copy of the book.
2. 2Choose either the QR code or the short access code printed on that last page.
3. 3Scan the QR, or visit Open My Power Move and type the short code.

Where is the QR code I need to scan?

Each chapter of Poverty Is Not My Portion ends with a QR code and a short access code. Either option unlocks only that chapter's Power Move.

I don't use QR codes. Is there another way?

Yes. Visit the Open My Power Move page on a phone, tablet, or computer and type the short code printed beside your chapter's QR code.

How do I scan it?

Open your phone's camera and hold it steady over the code until a link appears, then tap the link. If your camera doesn't detect codes, use any free QR scanner app.

I typed the address by hand and it stayed locked. Why?

The printed code carries a secure signature that a typed address can't reproduce. Scan the code from the book instead of typing the address.

Do I have to scan again every time?

No. Once a chapter unlocks, it stays unlocked on that device and browser, so you can return to your saved work anytime. Clearing your browser data or switching devices means scanning the code again.

Is my written work private?

Yes. Your responses save on your own device. Unlocks are counted anonymously by chapter only — no names, accounts, or personal details.

I scanned the wrong chapter's code.

Each code unlocks only its own chapter. Go back to the chapter you want and scan the code printed at the end of that chapter.

I don't have the book yet.

Power Moves open only from the printed code inside each chapter. Get the book to begin.
